The equipment’s drum dimensions reach 1500mm (diameter) × 6000mm (length), setting a new global standard for large-scale drum magnetic separators and ushering in a new era of ultra-large magnetic separators. Its slurry processing capacity reaches 1200m³/h, and its dry ore processing capacity reaches 400t/h. This powerful single-machine processing capacity directly reduces the number of equipment units and floor space required, simplifies the process flow, and reduces energy consumption and operating costs at the system level. Simultaneously, the magnetic induction intensity on the magnetic drum surface is ≥4000Gs, providing a reliable guarantee for stable and efficient large-scale slurry separation.
