Shenyang Longi’s independently developed large-scale high-efficiency pre-selective magnetic separator has been successfully included in the “Liaoning Province’s First (Set) Major Technical Equipment Promotion and Application Guidance Catalog,” marking a solid step forward in the transformation and upgrading of magnetic separation equipment towards large-scale, high-end, and green technologies. This equipment sets a new benchmark for large-scale equipment with its robust performance in core parameters.
The equipment’s drum dimensions reach 1500mm (diameter) × 6000mm (length), setting a new global standard for large-scale drum magnetic separators and ushering in a new era of ultra-large magnetic separators. Its slurry processing capacity reaches 1200m³/h, and its dry ore processing capacity reaches 400t/h. This powerful single-machine processing capacity directly reduces the number of equipment units and floor space required, simplifies the process flow, and reduces energy consumption and operating costs at the system level. Simultaneously, the magnetic induction intensity on the magnetic drum surface is ≥4000Gs, providing a reliable guarantee for stable and efficient large-scale slurry separation.
The successful development of a large-scale, high-efficiency pre-selection magnetic separator provides a new solution to address the urgent need for high-efficiency pre-selection equipment in large mines. High-efficiency separation means higher resource recovery rates and less tailings emissions, improving resource utilization efficiency from the source.
