Product Introduction

Magnetic separation utilizes the competition between magnetic force and mechanical forces (gravity, centrifugal force, fluid resistance, etc.) to achieve separation. A necessary condition for the separation of magnetic particles is that the magnetic force acting on the magnetic mineral particles must be greater than the resultant force of the mechanical forces acting in the opposite direction. In actual production, factors affecting the separation effect include magnetic field strength, magnetic field gradient, mineral particle size, and pulp concentration.

A magnetic separation production line is a mineral processing technology that uses the difference in magnetic properties to separate strongly magnetic minerals from non-magnetic/weakly magnetic minerals through magnetic separation equipment. It is mainly used for the separation of ores such as magnetite, pyrrhotite, manganese ore, and ilmenite.

Process Flow:
Raw ore → Crushing and screening → Grinding and classification → Magnetic separation (roughing → cleaning → scavenging) → Concentrate dewatering → Finished concentrate
