Product Introduction

Ball mill liners are protective components installed on the inner wall of the ball mill cylinder. They not only protect the cylinder but also affect the movement of the grinding media and grinding efficiency. Traditional liners are mostly made of manganese steel and are fixed to the cylinder with bolts, resulting in problems such as heavy weight, easy wear, and complex installation.

Magnetic liners are a rapidly developing new liner technology in recent years. They use magnetic force to attract the liner to the inner wall of the ball mill cylinder, eliminating the need for bolt fastening. Compared with traditional manganese steel liners, magnetic liners have significant advantages: longer service life, up to 3-5 times that of manganese steel liners; lighter weight and thinner thickness, reducing equipment load; saving balls and electricity, reducing energy consumption; convenient installation, no slurry leakage, and a better working environment.

Early rubber magnetic liners have been gradually replaced by steel-shell magnetic liners. Steel-shell magnetic liners combine the wear resistance of steel with the attraction force of magnets, resulting in more stable and reliable performance. Using magnetic liners can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers, reduce spare parts consumption and personal accidents, making it an ideal choice for upgrading and retrofitting ball mills.
