Product Introduction

The XSX series integrated screening and washing machine is an innovatively designed, integrated piece of equipment that combines washing, screening, dewatering, and recycling functions into a single machine. This multifunctional design greatly simplifies the process, reduces the number of machines and floor space required, and improves production efficiency.

The working principle of this equipment is as follows: Material is evenly fed to the rear of the screen surface and washed in the trough-shaped structure at the rear of the screen. As the material continuously increases and the screen surface vibrates, material continuously overflows through the weir and enters the dewatering screen surface at the front of the screen, where dewatering and screening are completed under vibration. Fine sand lost during this process is recovered by a fine sand recovery device, achieving resource reuse.

The integrated screening and washing machine has significant product advantages: one machine completes multiple operations such as washing, screening, recycling, and dewatering; the rear of the screen surface adopts a plate structure to form a water storage tank, with an added overflow weir, extending the material washing time and improving the washing effect; the overall screen surface is lengthened, facilitating screening; and a fine sand recovery device is equipped to effectively recover fine sand lost during the washing process. This equipment is suitable for various industries such as mining, aggregate processing, river dredging, and tailings treatment. The feed particle size is ≤10mm, and the sand production capacity is 60-180t/h.
