Cone Crusher
A cone crusher is a crushing equipment specifically designed for medium and fine crushing of hard materials. If a jaw crusher is the “tiger’s mouth,” responsible for the first stage of coarse crushing, then the cone crusher is like a well-coordinated “fine grinder,” processing the stone into even smaller particles afterward.
Working Principle:
Its core principle can be summarized as “gyratory compression”: A centrally located, top-like inner cone (moving cone) rotates eccentrically around the inner surface of a fixed outer cone (stationary cone) under the drive of an eccentric mechanism. When the inner cone approaches the outer cone, the material between the two cones is forcefully compressed and bent, thus crushing it; when the inner cone moves away, the crushed, qualified material is automatically discharged under gravity. This process is continuous and stable, resulting in high production efficiency.
