Product Introduction

Magnetic separators are highly efficient mineral processing equipment that separates minerals based on their magnetic differences. They require no reagents and produce no pollution. Using a magnetic field, they separate magnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals, making them a core piece of equipment for iron ore, manganese ore, ilmenite, and iron removal from non-metallic minerals.

Basic Structure:
Cylinder:Made of stainless steel, non-magnetic, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
Magnetic System: Permanent magnets (neodymium iron boron) or electromagnets provide a strong magnetic field.
Tank: Holds the slurry and controls the feeding and separation space.
Transmission Device: Motor and reducer drive the cylinder rotation.
Frame, Unloading Device, and Spray Water Pipes:** Ensure stable operation and concentrate washing.

Working Principle:
In the magnetic field:** Strongly magnetic minerals are attracted and adsorbed onto the cylinder skin or toothed plates. As the cylinder rotates, they are carried to the non-magnetic zone and discharged as concentrate.
Non-magnetic/weakly magnetic minerals are unaffected by the magnetic force and are discharged directly from the tailings outlet.
This achieves the separation of magnetic and non-magnetic minerals.
