Mixing tank

Tank Body: Welded from steel plates, corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant; capacity can be customized.
Agitation Device: Main shaft, impeller/blades; high agitation intensity, prevents settling.
Transmission System: Motor + reducer; smooth operation and high torque.
Base Support: Stable and reliable, easy to install.
Inlet/Outlet: Top inlet, bottom outlet; valve control optional.
Working Principle:
The motor drives the agitator shaft and impeller to rotate via the reducer, creating strong convection and vortexes in the slurry within the tank:
The material is powerfully agitated, dispersed, and suspended; Reagents diffuse rapidly and uniformly, interacting fully with the minerals;
This ensures stable slurry concentration, fineness, and reagent content, improving subsequent mineral processing efficiency.
