Shaking table
Mining shaking tables are gravity separation equipment specifically designed for fine-grained materials. They require no reagents and rely on asymmetrical reciprocating vibration of the bed surface combined with a thin layer of water flow in the lateral direction to achieve precise separation based on differences in mineral particle density, size, and shape. They can produce concentrate, middlings, and tailings in a single pass, with extremely high enrichment ratios. They are widely used for roughing, cleaning, and scavenging of rare/precious metals such as tungsten, tin, gold, tantalum, and niobium, as well as ferrous metals and coal.
Core Structure:
Headboard (Transmission Mechanism): Motor + crank connecting rod/spring, outputting differential reciprocating motion;
Bed Surface: Equipped with bed bars (gradually lower from the feed end to the tailings end), available in rectangular/trapezoidal/rhomboid shapes, with a lateral inclination angle of 1°~5°, and equipped with feed troughs and water troughs;
Frame (Floor-mounted/Suspended): Supports the bed body, with adjustable inclination angle, stroke, and number of strokes.
Working Principle:
The slurry is fed into the bed from one corner, and is washed laterally by water flow. The bed undergoes a rapid longitudinal reciprocating motion (slow forward, fast backward). Heavy minerals, hindered by the bed strips and subjected to strong inertial forces, accumulate longitudinally. Light minerals are carried laterally outward by the water flow, becoming tailings. Ultimately, a fan-shaped zone forms on the bed surface, with concentrate, middlings, and tailings collected from different outlets.
Equipment Features:
High mineral processing accuracy and large enrichment ratio. No reagents required, environmentally friendly and pollution-free. Simple structure and stable operation. Convenient operation and maintenance, low failure rate. Low energy consumption and low operating cost. Can directly produce concentrate, middlings, and tailings with clear separation.
