Product Introduction

A vibrating feeder is a front-end feeding device in mining, sand and gravel, and mineral processing production lines. Its main function is to uniformly, quantitatively, and continuously feed lumpy and granular materials to the next stage of equipment (crusher, conveyor, ball mill, etc.), preventing material blockage and overload. It is a key piece of equipment for the stable operation of the production line.

Working Principle:
Directional vibration is generated by a vibrating motor or exciter. The material jumps forward in the conveying direction within the trough, achieving continuous, uniform, and stable feeding. The feed rate can be controlled by adjusting the amplitude and frequency.

Equipment Structure:
Trough: Welded from wear-resistant steel plates, it withstands material impact and is sturdy and durable.
Excitation Device: A vibrating motor or eccentric exciter generates vibration force.
Damping Springs: Reduce machine vibration and minimize impact on the foundation.
